Strategy Explanation

This TH15 layout uses a compact diamond structure with the Town Hall protected inside the lower central core and several high-value defenses layered around it. The base is not trying to hide its value; instead, it makes attackers commit hard if they want the Town Hall, Eagle side, or central damage early. The inner compartments are tight enough to punish troops that break in, while the outside ring gives pathing troops plenty of chances to walk instead of driving straight through.

For Legend League and general hybrid defense, this is useful because it does not rely on one trick. Air defenses, Infernos, X-Bows, Scattershots, heroes, and storages are spread across the diamond, so a single Flame Flinger, Queen Charge, or Electro Dragon chain does not remove everything at once. The layout also keeps enough trash buildings outside to make funneling important, which is where many spam attacks start to lose control.

Strengths

  • Strong anti 2 star setup: the Town Hall is central enough that attackers need a real plan to secure it safely.
  • Good anti Electro Dragon spacing: key defenses are not stacked in one straight chain, reducing easy chain value through the core.
  • Layered compartments: ground armies have to work through several boxes instead of getting one clean push.
  • Hybrid value: storages and defenses are mixed well, helping protect both trophies and resources.
  • Balanced Legend defense: threats are spread on multiple sides, so the base is not weak to one obvious entry.

Diamond Core Pathing

The main feature is the diamond-shaped compartment system. This kind of layout is awkward for troops because they rarely travel in a clean line. When Yetis, Titans, Bowlers, or Root Riders enter from one edge, they are pulled toward nearby compartments instead of automatically reaching the Town Hall. That delay matters at TH15, where Poison effects, Scattershots, Infernos, and heroes can burn through an army while it is still fighting walls and side buildings.

The core also separates major targets enough that a blimp or charge cannot casually grab the Town Hall, Clan Castle area, and all heavy defenses in one move.

Anti Air and Electro Dragon Control

The base has a good anti-air feel because air-targeting defenses are spread around the ring instead of being clumped in one corner. Electro Dragons prefer predictable chains through storages, heroes, and defenses, but this layout breaks up that value with staggered compartments and offset buildings. Air Sweepers and Inferno coverage are positioned to make a straight air push into the core uncomfortable.

Dragon and Electro Dragon attacks can still work if supported well, but they usually need spells committed early. That often leaves less spell power for the Town Hall zone or back-end defenses.

Town Hall Protection and Anti 2 Star Value

The Town Hall placement is one of the better parts of this layout. It is close enough to the center that a safe one-star snipe is not simple, but not so isolated that the rest of the base becomes free percentage. Attackers who send everything for the Town Hall can get dragged into the middle, while attackers who start wide may run out of time or lose the push before reaching it.

This makes the base a practical choice for players who want an anti 2 star TH15 copy link without using an extreme corner Town Hall design.

Best Use and Copy Layout Notes

Use this as a TH15 Legend League, CWL, or daily hybrid base when you want a balanced defense against air spam and ground pushes. After copying the layout, review your own trap levels and hero positions. If Electro Dragons are common in your league, lean Seeking Air Mines toward the usual air entry lanes. If Queen Charges are the bigger issue, move a few ground traps near the compartments where the Queen commonly breaks in.
