Strategy Explanation

This TH15 war layout is a rotated diamond with tight, layered compartments and a very busy core. The Town Hall sits dead-center with the Clan Castle and Builder Huts packed around it. Two Spell Towers flank the core and the Monolith sits inside the inner box, forcing heavy spell investment for any charge that makes it that far. Scattershots are set on the left and right diamonds, while the Eagle Artillery anchors the 12 o’clock side behind multiple walls. X-Bows form a square ring around the center to keep constant pressure on heroes and siege machines.

The design baits a queen charge from a corner, but once inside, pathing splits hard due to the crisscrossed junctions. Ground troops tend to leak toward side compartments instead of stepping straight into the Town Hall box, and air armies have to push through staggered Air Defenses with Sweepers tucked inside. It plays as an anti‑2 star: safe percentages are available on the edges, but the central take is costly and slow, especially under Monolith and Spell Tower effects.

Strengths

  • Centralized Town Hall with Monolith, Spell Towers, CC, and Builder Huts creates a punishing, time‑draining core.
  • Scattershots on opposite flanks make it hard to remove both with a single opener; they also cover each other’s approaches.
  • Eagle at 12 o’clock is layered behind walls and point defenses, resisting early Warden Walks and Flame Flingers.
  • Multiple small compartments disrupt pathing for Pekka/SMash, Super Bowlers, and Queen Charges—wall breakers often re-target.
  • Four Air Defenses and X-Bows are spaced to deny easy Lalo value; you rarely get more than one AD and a Scatter with a light entry.

Pathing & Layout Notes

  • Outer ring mixes storages with point defenses to stall heroes and preserve pathing traps inside.
  • Inner ring of X-Bows and Wizard Towers overlaps nicely with the Scattershots, punishing troops that wrap the diamond.
  • Builder Huts inside the core continually heal damage during delayed entries, adding time pressure in war.

Recommended Clan Castle

  • Ice Golem + 2 Headhunters + Archers (versatile vs. heroes and queen charges)
  • Double Ice + Archers for extra stall if your clan faces a lot of Smash

Legend League & CWL Tips

  • Rotate Spell Towers week to week: Rage + Poison for general defense; double Rage if your lobby favors Smash; Poison + Invis to punish blimps.
  • Move a few small bombs into the core and giant bombs near the side Scatters to punish charge-lalo and Recall Queen plans.
  • If attackers keep flinging from 12, slide a Seeking Air Mine path to the Eagle to catch early healers or Blimps.

Attacker’s Scouting Notes

  • Safe two-star: Warden Walk from 3 or 9 into a Rage blimp for Town Hall, then Lalo around the opposite Scatter.
  • High-risk triple: Queen Charge from a side Scatter, cut with King/Siege to force the Queen through the core—save multiple freezes for Monolith + X-Bows.
