Battle-Tested TH15 Defense Coc Layout | Anti 2 Stars Storm Castle

Strategy Explanation
This TH15 war base is a symmetric, diamond-ring design built to force pathing and deny easy Town Hall access. The Town Hall sits in the central box with the Clan Castle tight beside it, wrapped by multiple small compartments that pull troops sideways. A Monolith anchors the lower core while the Eagle Artillery is just beneath the middle, so any straight push must chew through layered damage. Scattershots are set on the left and right inner diamonds, with Inferno Towers distributed across the inner boxes and pointing coverage into every lane. X-Bows and Builder Huts hug the core, creating a high-DPS, high-heal zone that punishes heroes and blimps that make it in.
Air defenses are spread on the four arms of the diamond, and two Air Sweepers are tucked near the center on opposite lines, pushing air troops off the Town Hall. Storages and medium HP buildings are used as buffers in the rings, which slows any Queen Charge or Smash and makes funneling awkward. The outside ring is clean and open, but once you step in, the walls split you into turns and dead-ends, classic anti-2 star behavior.
Strengths
- Anti 2-Star core: Central Town Hall with stacked defenses (Monolith, Scattershot, Infernos, X-Bows, Builder Huts) is difficult to access and even harder to survive after activation.
- Pathing control: Diagonal, diamond-shaped compartments drag troops around corners instead of toward the center, stalling hero dives and killing Super Archer Blimp follow-ups.
- Anti-air focus: Split Air Defenses and opposing Sweepers disrupt Electro Dragons, causing chain value to drop and forcing extra spells.
- Blimp tax: No direct, long straight line; blimps must cross layered air fire, and even successful landings face a compact DPS pocket around the Town Hall.
Anti-Electro Dragon Notes
- Split Air Defenses on the four arms stop a single rage line from deleting a whole side.
- Opposing Sweepers kick chains away from the Town Hall box, forcing an extra Rage or Freeze to secure the core.
- Central X-Bows and Infernos punish clumped E-Drags that do reach the Town Hall.
Recommended CC Troops
- Ice Golem + Headhunters + Archers to stall hero dives and delay raged E-Drags.
- Triple Ice if your clan prefers maximum slow around the Monolith/Eagle pocket.
Setup Tips
- Keep Builder Huts around the core to prolong Town Hall and Monolith uptime.
- Place Seeking Air Mines along the typical blimp lanes toward the Town Hall and around the inner ring where chains usually stall.
- Mix Inferno modes (single near Monolith, multis on side boxes) to balance hero-kill and swarm control.
Attacker Advice (for testing and wars)
- Look for a corner Queen Charge that removes a Scatter + Sweeper, then Lalo or E-Drags from the opposite side.
- For ground, Warden Walk bottom into Smash with precise jumps across the lower diamonds; plan a late RC for a side Scatter.
