TH12 War Base Anti 3 Star – Clash of Clans Copy Layout

Strategy Explanation
This TH12 war layout uses a wide diamond-style shape with the Town Hall pulled slightly to one side instead of sitting in an easy straight-line core. The base is built to make attackers spend time opening walls and fixing pathing before they can reach the Eagle Artillery, Infernos, Clan Castle pull, and Town Hall value together. That is exactly what you want from a War / Anti 3 Stars base in clash of clans: do not give one clean entry that removes everything.
The open-looking middle has a terbuka feel, but it is not actually easy value. Troops that enter too early can split around the Town Hall box, while heroes often get dragged into side defenses instead of walking through the main damage zones. The outer buildings are also spread enough to make funneling slower, especially for spam armies that rely on a wide first push.
Strengths
- Good anti 3 star shape: the angled layout makes it harder to create a straight push from one corner to the opposite side.
- Eagle and Inferno value is separated: attackers cannot remove all major defenses with one Queen Charge or one Siege Machine entry.
- Strong against spam: Yetis, Witches, Bowlers, and E-Drag style hits can lose control if the funnel is not sharp.
- Town Hall access is awkward: it looks reachable, but the surrounding walls and defenses can pull troops away at the wrong time.
- Defenses cover each other well: X-Bows, Wizard Towers, Archer Towers, and Air Defenses are placed so one side does not collapse too quickly.
Town Hall and Core Pressure
The Town Hall is not buried in a simple box, which is good for war. At TH12, the Giga Tesla matters, but the real value is making the attacker invest troops, spells, or the Siege Machine to secure it. If they dive straight at the Town Hall, the Eagle side and back-end Infernos can stay alive. If they start near the Eagle, the Town Hall becomes a dangerous late-base problem.
Anti-Spam Pathing
The base has several small sections that interrupt troop movement. This is useful against players who drop a full line of troops and expect everything to walk inward. Bowlers can bounce into low-value areas, Yetis can peel to outside defenses, and Witches can get slowed by splash damage before the main army reaches the core. For a clasher coc player building war defenses, that messy pathing is often more valuable than simply stacking defenses in the middle.
Air Defense Coverage
The Air Defenses and sweepers are spread around the base rather than grouped in one easy freeze zone. That helps against Electro Dragons and LavaLoon-style attacks. E-Drags may still chain through some outside structures, but they do not get a clean line through every major defense. The best value comes when Seeking Air Mines and Red Air Bombs stay near likely entry routes, especially around the Town Hall side and Eagle side.
Hero Dive Resistance
The defending heroes are placed where they can interrupt charges without giving away all the core value at once. A Queen Charge has to deal with layered defenses, possible Clan Castle troops, and wall distance before reaching the most important targets. If the attacker uses the King and Queen early, the back end can become difficult because the base does not leave one weak corner open for cleanup.
Copy Link Notes
This is a practical choice if you are saving clash of clans bases for CWL or regular war and want a base on clash of clans that focuses on anti 3 star defense rather than only protecting trophies. It fits players searching for coc bases, clash of clans building layout ideas, or a solid base for coc wars with a copy link ready.
You may see similar search terms like clash of coc, coc of clans, clash and clans, bases in coc, of clans clash, clash of clans clash of, war badr, and clash of clans perfect base. The important thing is not the label; it is how the layout forces bad pathing and keeps major TH12 defenses from being removed together.
