Strategy Explanation
Defense-focused TH10 war base built in a diamond with tight inner compartments. The Town Hall sits in the core alongside the Clan Castle, bracketed by the two Inferno Towers. Three X-Bows form a triangle around them, so any push into the center takes sustained fire from all angles. Air Defenses are staggered in the inner ring, each paired near a Wizard Tower and storages, making it hard for Lavaloon to collapse one side quickly. Bomb Towers are tucked just off-core to punish Hog pathing after the first layer.
The walling uses short, offset compartments that break up Bowler lines and force troops to walk. Channels cut across the middle, so a Wall Wrecker reaches the core but pulls the army into side rooms if the funnel isn’t perfect. Storages are deliberately inside to soak damage and buy time for Infernos and X-Bows. Heroes are split on opposite flanks—one toward the top-left, the other toward bottom-right—so a single Queen Charge can’t clip both and the CC/Town Hall together.
Outer trash buildings are spaced to disrupt funneling, with corner huts to burn clock in close wars. There are multiple 2x2 pockets across the inner ring for Giant Bombs or Seeking Air Mines, and several one-tile choke points ideal for small bombs to delete Wall Breakers.
Strengths
- Core stacked with Town Hall, CC, dual Infernos, and X-Bows—high DPS and hard to reach without a clean funnel.
- Air coverage layers well: four spread Air Defenses plus opposite-facing Air Sweepers pushing across the center.
- Split heroes and deep CC make lures and value charges expensive.
- Compartment spam and channels break Bowler/Witch pathing and cause Miners/Hogs to split.
- Storages inside act as HP buffers for war-time time fails.
Recommended Settings
- Infernos: Multi on both for anti-witch, anti-hog, and to punish Queen Charges through the core.
- X-Bows: Ground & Air to help against Lavaloon.
- CC Troops: Lava Hound + Archer filler for anti-Queen Charge, or Baby Dragon + Witch + Archers mix to stall Miners/Hogs.
Trap Placement Ideas
- Use the 2x2 inner pockets for Giant Bombs paired near Bomb Towers to create kill zones for Hogs.
- Place Seeking Air Mines along likely Queen Charge paths toward the nearest Air Defense.
- Small bombs at narrow wall junctions to snipe Wall Breakers before they open the second layer.
- Skeleton Traps on air to chase Balloons once the Hound pops, or on ground if your war sees more Hogs.
Entry Baits and Scouting Notes
From the right side, tempting Elixir storages sit behind the first layer—great bait: attackers often overcommit spells there. From the left, the pathing bends toward side compartments; a late funnel building can pull the Queen off the Wall Wrecker. Keep corner huts and spread outside buildings to force 3-star seekers to spend cleanup troops early.
