Farm-Safe TH10 Defense Coc Layout | Anti 3 Stars King of Kings
Latest Reviews ()
Strategy Explanation
This TH10 war base uses a symmetric diamond/X-core to split troops and deny clean pathing to the Town Hall. The Town Hall and Clan Castle sit deep in the inner box, wrapped by multiple compartments and a ring of high-DPS defenses. Three X-Bows cover the entire middle and both flanks. Two Inferno Towers are parked in the sawtooth compartments at 7 and 5 o’clock on the lower side, each tucked behind layers of walls so they can burn through pushes that make it past the first ring.
Air and splash are staggered: Wizard Towers and Air Defenses are spread so no single rage/heal can cover more than one. Mortars and Archer Towers alternate around the outside to punish early funnel troops. Storages and collectors are pushed to the outer ring especially along the bottom edge to soak time and mislead Queen walks. The inner lanes create awkward angles for Wall Breakers and force Jump placement to be exact; a failed jump leaves troops circling instead of moving through the core.
It plays as an anti-3: you’ll often see attackers settle for a safe 2-star, while the third star slips away to time or split pathing.
Strengths
- Split pathing from the X-shaped core makes bowlers/miners drift and prevents a tidy push through the Town Hall.
- Infernos in separate lower pockets force extra Freeze/Heal investment and make back-end cleanup risky.
- Good anti-air spread: four Air Defenses form a loose diamond around the core, with X-Bows and Wizard Towers overlapping, solid versus LaLoon and Dragons.
- Centralized Clan Castle is hard to lure and supports both sides of the base.
- Outer “trash” ring and wide building spacing cause time fails if the first minute is spent funneling.
Base Layout Notes
- Two lower zigzag compartments visibly house the Infernos; they’re anchored by point defenses on the corners to snipe healers and loons.
- Three X-Bows sit on the inner ring, covering Town Hall, core lanes, and both sides.
- Elixir storages are outside at the upper corners; collectors and camps line the bottom edge, stretching pathing for cleanup troops.
Recommended Settings and Traps
- Infernos: 1 multi (left) and 1 single (right) for balanced coverage; swap if your opponents favor spam or heroes-first dives.
- Place Giant Bombs in the inner crossroads between the X-core compartments to punish Hog/Miner packs.
- Skeleton Traps on air help delay Balloons over the core; switch to ground if Hogs are the meta.
- Clan Castle: Hound + Archers for anti-Queen/air, or Baby Dragon + Witches + Archers to stall kill squads.
Scouting Advice
If you see attackers favoring a top-side Queen Charge, shift a Seeking Air Mine toward that healer line and rotate one X-Bow to ground to chip tanks. Against Miner-heavy clans, consider moving one Wizard Tower a tile deeper to protect the back-end Inferno.
