Strategy Explanation
This TH15 war layout is a heart-shaped troll base inside a tilted diamond shell. The Town Hall sits in the exact core, wrapped by the heart walls. A Monolith is placed just below the Town Hall, and two Spell Towers hug the core on the left and right, creating brutal overlap over the approach. The inner heart is ringed by tight, offset compartments that force troops to walk around curves rather than path straight to the Hall.
Left and right lobes of the heart hold the heavy splash—Scattershots and X-Bows—so any push from the flanks meets sustained fire while the Monolith snipes heroes in the center. The outer diamond adds a second layer of pathing trickery: short wall stubs and tiny pockets create spring-trap bridges, while the trash ring outside (storages, collectors, camps) soaks time and prevents easy funneling. Eagle Artillery is tucked high in its own box toward the top side, protected by multiple layers and forcing attackers to commit early to reach it.
It’s a funny, screenshot-worthy heart, but it’s built to bait: Queen Charges that aim for the Town Hall get dragged around the curves, and early Blimps must cross a lot of air trap space before they can reach the center.
Strengths
- Anti-Queen Charge: Curved heart walls and offset junctions make healers switch and heroes walk; Monolith punishes overcommits.
- Core Denial: Town Hall + double Spell Tower coverage creates nasty rage/invis/tornado bait for Blimps and smash entries.
- Split Pathing: Side Scattershots and X-Bows pull troops to opposite lobes, breaking Lalo and Hybrid cohesion.
- Time Trap: Big outer trash ring around the diamond delays setup and cleanup in war attacks.
- Anti-Blimp lanes: Long flight path to the core with plenty of room for Seeking Air Mines and a central Tornado near the Town Hall.
Trap and Setup Notes
- Place Tornado directly in front of the Town Hall, centered between the Spell Towers.
- Stack 2–3 Seeking Air Mines along common Blimp lines from the bottom and right edges; sprinkle Red Air Bombs around both lobes.
- Use Spring Traps on the tiny wall bridges of the outer diamond to yeet Pekka/Bowlers.
- Skeleton Traps set to ground near the Monolith to stall hero dives.
Recommended Clan Castle
- Defensive CC: Ice Golem + Headhunters + Archers for hybrid/kill-squad stalls, or Lava Hound + Archers to punish air and time.
Builder Tips
- Set one Spell Tower to Invisibility and the other to Rage for maximum core chaos.
- Keep Eagle toward the top box as shown to force attackers into a long push before it goes down.
- Maintain the heavy trash ring outside the diamond—don’t move too many storages inside or you’ll lose the time trap.
Who This Base Trolls Best
Overconfident Queen Charges, risky Yeti/Smash dives straight to the heart, and YOLO Blimps aiming for a quick TH snipe. The layout looks cute, but it punishes greedy lines hard.
