Strategy Explanation

This TH15 base uses an offset Town Hall setup instead of putting everything into one heavy central core. The Town Hall sits in the lower-right side of the inner base, protected by multiple compartments and surrounded by key defenses, while the middle of the layout still holds enough value to pull attackers deeper than they may want. That split is the main defensive idea here: if an attacker commits early for the Town Hall, they still need a clean route through the core to finish the base. If they ignore the Town Hall and push through the center first, the back-end Town Hall remains a serious problem.

The compartment structure is one of the more useful parts of this layout. There are many medium-sized boxes rather than a few huge open sections, which helps break up pathing for smash attacks and makes hero movement less predictable. The Eagle Artillery is placed high in the base, away from the Town Hall, so high-value targets are not stacked in one area. Inferno Towers are also spread through the inner ring, forcing attackers to commit spells across multiple stages instead of one heavy spell dump in the middle.

As a hybrid base, this layout also does a decent job of keeping storages and important defenses spread out. There is no single side where an attacker can easily grab the Town Hall, Eagle, and major splash all at once. If the defensive structure suits your current setup, you can use the copy-layout option to load it directly into Clash of Clans.

Strengths

The strongest feature here is the balance between core value and side pressure. It does not overprotect one area while leaving the rest easy to collapse.

  • Offset Town Hall makes 2-star plans less comfortable and can punish attacks that drift past the target compartment.
  • Layered compartments slow heroes, Root Riders, and smash armies that want one clean line through the base.
  • Good value separation between the Town Hall, Eagle, and other major defenses reduces easy charge value.
  • Wide defensive spread gives the base useful coverage for hybrid use, since collectors and storages are not all exposed.
  • Air defense coverage is spread around the base rather than stacked on one side, which helps against direct air entries.

Town Hall Protection

The Town Hall placement is the defining feature of this base. Putting it off-center in the lower-right interior changes how attackers have to think about their first minute. They cannot just charge the middle and expect natural Town Hall value. They need to either force a precise path into that compartment or save enough power for the back end.

That setup is especially useful in war because it pressures safe 2-star attacks. A player aiming only for percentage and Town Hall may end up using too much on the entry, leaving the rest of the base standing. In hybrid use, it also helps protect one of the most important targets without making the entire layout feel too war-specific.

Ground Attack Pathing

Ground armies should not get a smooth ride here. The internal walls create several route changes, and the base does not offer an obvious straight lane from one side to the other. That matters against Pekka Smash, Root Rider variants, and other hero-heavy pushes that rely on predictable movement.

The biggest problem for ground attackers is that key defenses are not lined up for easy momentum. Taking one compartment does not automatically open the next high-value section. An attacker has to keep wall access under control, or troops can split around the middle and lose pressure before reaching the Town Hall or Eagle.

Air Attack Considerations

Against air, this layout benefits from having defenses spread across the base rather than concentrated in one quadrant. That makes it harder to take all the important anti-air value with one blimp or one hero dive. Electro Dragon players also do not get a completely clean set of compact building chains through the whole layout, since the compartments interrupt direct flow.

That said, the outer ring still has enough nearby structures that careless trap placement would make this easier for air spam than it looks. The shape helps, but this is still a base that gets stronger when supported by smart Seeking Air Mine and Black Mine positioning in game.

War and Hybrid Use

This is a good fit for players who want one TH15 base layout that can work in war while still holding up as a daily-use village. It keeps storages reasonably protected, does not expose the Town Hall for easy grabs, and spreads major defenses well enough to stay annoying over repeated attacks.

For war use, the main appeal is the uncomfortable Town Hall access and the way the core forces extra commitment. For hybrid play, the value comes from balanced coverage and a layout that does not give away too much from any single side.
