Strategy Explanation

This TH14 war base is built as a tight, multi-ring anti-2 star design. The Town Hall sits deep in the core surrounded by layered compartments, storages, and high DPS to punish any straight push. The Eagle Artillery is tucked toward the 12 o’clock side of the inner ring, while the two Scattershots anchor opposite quadrants (roughly 3 and 8 o’clock), creating nasty crossfire when troops rotate around the center. X-Bows form a square around the core, overlapping the Town Hall and Eagle. Air Defenses are spread to the four corners of the inner ring so a single Lava Hound or small spell investment can’t collapse an entire side.

The outer ring is full of offset boxes and small gaps that catch Wall Breakers and steer heroes away from ideal targets. A visible Tesla cluster on the left flank (around 9 o’clock) drags Queen walks off course and makes early funnels expensive. This base wants your army to circle clockwise or counterclockwise, bleeding spells until a late, desperate Town Hall dive runs into traps and sweepers.

Strengths

  • Centralized Town Hall denial: Multiple layers and cross-shooting X-Bows make it hard to secure the second star without a committed blimp or hero dive.
  • Anti-charge compartmenting: Narrow channels and offset storages stall Queen Charges; Scattershots cover each other so rage chains don’t snowball.
  • Blimp tax: Sweepers point into likely flight paths toward the Town Hall, and there are clear mine pockets in the rings to punish Stone Slammer/Blimp entries.
  • Tesla farm funnel trap: The 9 o’clock Teslas plus small gaps force missteps, split Healers, and pop ability early.
  • Hero spread: Altars are separated so you can’t snipe multiple heroes with one charge; Builder Huts keep them alive longer during the first minute.

Trap Layout Notes

  • Expect red bombs layered just outside the Town Hall box to punish post-Tornado balloons.
  • Seeking Air Mines along the 2–4 o’clock entry make early blimps risky; rotate a couple if opponents keep coming from 9 o’clock.
  • Giant Bombs stack in the ring compartments to wreck Bowlers/Hybrid after the first heal.

  • Rotate Tornado between the immediate Town Hall box and the first inner ring to catch both Blimp and Royal Champion shield paths.
  • Set two X-Bows to ground if your server sees more Smash; switch back to air on Lalo-heavy days.

Final Tip

Defend in layers: force the first ability at the Tesla farm, the second spell dump at a Scatter corner, then spring the Tornado over the Town Hall. That sequencing is where this base steals stars.
