Strategy Explanation

This TH8 war layout runs a compact diamond core with tight rings of compartments. The Town Hall sits central, wrapped by storages and key splash to soak damage and stall troops. The Clan Castle is also centralized, making a clean lure difficult without committing several troops. Mortars are spaced around the ring, while Archer Towers and Cannons alternate on the outer layer to give steady point fire from every approach.

The air setup is the heart of the anti-3 plan: the three Air Defenses form a triangle around the core with the Air Sweeper tucked inside pushing through the middle lanes. Wizard Towers are placed just off the center so they stay alive late and punish balloons, hogs, and clean‑up swarms. The Bomb Tower covers common entry corridors, forcing heal usage early. With many small compartments and angled walls, ground troops split constantly, and wall breakers struggle to open more than one lane at a time.

Outside buildings are spaced to slow funneling, and Builder Huts sit in the corners to burn the last seconds on close attacks. Overall, this base is built to deny the 3-star against GoHo and Dragon/Loon while still protecting resources in regular raids.
