TH13 War Badr Anti 3 Star Base for Clash of Clans
Latest Reviews
Strategy Explanation
This TH13 War / Anti 3 Stars layout uses a diamond-style shape with the Town Hall protected near the heart of the base and the main defenses spread around it. The goal is not to bait a fancy one-star fail every time; it is to make the attacker spend too much army on entry, then lose control before reaching the back side.
The Town Hall area is guarded by overlapping damage from Inferno Towers, X-Bows, air defenses, and hero coverage. The ring-like pathing around the inner walls can pull spam troops sideways, which is useful against Electro Dragons, Yeti Smash, Super Witch pushes, and hybrid attacks that rely on a clean route. For clash of clans war hits, that sideways movement is often the difference between a safe two star and a shaky high-percentage attempt.
The outer buildings are placed far enough out to force a real funnel. A clasher coc player who drops troops lazily from one edge may see them split toward trash buildings instead of pushing into the Town Hall. That makes this a practical base for coc players who want a copy layout option without using a common open-box design.
Strengths
- Good anti 3 star value: the base asks the attacker to clear several defensive layers before the core is fully controlled.
- Town Hall protection: the TH13 is not exposed for an easy Battle Blimp grab, and nearby defenses punish weak entries.
- Split key defenses: Infernos, X-Bows, and heavy splash are not all sitting in one easy spell area.
- Awkward funneling: the diamond shape can drag troops around the sides if the attacker does not create a clean path.
- War-friendly symmetry: it is easy to understand your trap zones and defensive coverage when reviewing replays.
Town Hall and Core Value
The core is the main reason this layout works as a TH13 War Base. The Town Hall sits with several defenses close enough to protect it but not so packed that one Freeze spell shuts everything down. The surrounding wall angles also make direct pathing less simple for Yetis, Bowlers, and heroes.
For a base on clash of clans that needs to survive CWL-style pressure, this is a useful balance. The attacker can reach the Town Hall, but they usually need a proper plan, a spell investment, or a Siege Machine committed early.
Anti Spam Pathing
The outer ring is built to punish players who rely on straight-line spam. Electro Dragons can chain through some buildings, but they still have to deal with spread defenses and awkward air sweeper angles. Ground spam can also split because the side defenses and outside trash pull troops away from the middle.
This is especially helpful in regular war where many coc bases get crushed by simple Log Launcher or Flame Flinger entries. Here, a Flinger can get value from the edge, but it does not automatically open the full base.
Hero and Inferno Coverage
The defending heroes are positioned to slow down entries instead of sitting in one easy kill zone. That matters against Queen Charge Hybrid and Smash attacks. If the Queen has to fight heroes, Clan Castle troops, and core defenses together, the attacker may burn Rage and Freeze spells earlier than planned.
The Inferno spread is also important. It keeps pressure on different lanes, so troops moving around the base continue taking damage. This is a solid choice for players browsing clash of clans bases who want a war layout that does more than just protect the Town Hall.
Copy Link Use and Small Adjustments
If you use the copy layout option, keep the structure the same at first and test it in friendly challenges. After a few attacks, adjust traps rather than rebuilding the full base. Move Seeking Air Mines toward common Blimp paths, place Tornado Trap where attackers often send their Siege Machine, and shift Giant Bombs toward Hog or Miner routes.
This layout fits searches like clash of coc, coc of clans, clash and clans, bases in coc, and clash of clans building layout, but the real value is simple: it gives TH13 war players a clean anti 3 star base with enough pathing problems to force better attacks.
