Savage TH13 Farming Coc Layout | Anti Everything Clanians
Latest Reviews ()
Strategy Explanation
This TH13 war/hybrid base runs a tilted-square (diamond) layout with the Town Hall placed slightly south of center, protected by multiple layers and a tight compartment. The core is stacked vertically: Clan Castle central, Infernos and X-Bows ringed around it, and the Eagle Artillery sitting high toward the top diamond point. Two Scattershots are positioned mid-left and mid-right, giving overlapping splash on every approach to the Town Hall and core. Storages are split—four Elixir storages sit just inside the inner ring while Gold storages are spread toward the outer compartments, So loot is diluted and hard to grab in one push.
Pathing is the heart of this base. Small, staggered compartments and offset inner turns pull ground troops off-line, while Air Defenses are set on the four diagonals to force hounds/dragons to cross Scattershot and multi-target zones. Hero altars are spaced around the outer ring to mess with funnel plans and delay a straight Queen Charge to the core. Sweepers aim across the diamond lanes, pushing healers away from deep charges from either side.
Strengths
- Anti-Queen Charge: Centralized CC + core Inferno coverage and Sweepers make pulling and stabilizing a charge difficult without heavy spell investment.
- Scattershot crossfire: Left/right Scatters punish Hybrid, Witch spam, and Dragon pushes once they step past the first layer.
- Split-value objectives: Eagle high at the top and Town Hall low forces attackers to choose; taking both usually costs two separate phases.
- Loot protection: Storages are evenly distributed through inner rings, so farming snipes won’t net big steals.
- Anti-air lanes: Diagonal Air Defenses and core X-Bows make Lalo path awkward and keep dragons under sustained fire.
How to Defend With It
- Defensive CC: Ice Golem + 2 Headhunters + Archers or Ice + Super Minions. Both punish Queen Charges and force early Poison/Rage.
- Inferno modes: Keep at least two on Multi for spam/Hybrid; one Single near the Town Hall to threaten heroes and Log Launcher pushes.
- X-Bows: Two Ground, two Air. The Ground pair watch the south approach; the Air pair help Scatters cover the mid.
Trap Suggestions
- Seeking Air Mines: On the flight lines to each diagonal Air Defense; one between the right Scatter and core.
- Giant Bombs: Chain them in the inner turns just past the first wall break on left/right to pop Miners and Hog Riders.
- Spring Traps: In the narrow connectors along the midline where pathing squeezes ground troops.
- Red Air Bombs: Cluster behind each Air Defense to catch post-pop Balloons.
Attacker Scouting Notes
- Charging from the bottom for the Town Hall usually meets Scatter + X-Bow crossfire; plan a Freeze budget.
- If you aim for the Eagle first, expect your heroes to time out before reaching the Town Hall unless you save a Blimp.
- Funneling the diamond corners is key—outer hero altars and collectors are placed to waste time and derail pathing.
Best Use
Ideal for war and daily defense when you want hybrid protection and safe farming. It bleeds time, splits value targets, and punishes sloppy charges at TH13.
