Strategy Explanation

This TH11 war/legend hybrid is a rotated diamond with tight, multi-layered compartments. The Town Hall and Clan Castle sit dead center inside a plus-shaped core. The Eagle Artillery is placed high at 12 o’clock, forcing Queen Charges to enter from the top if attackers want early Eagle value. Both Inferno Towers are tucked slightly low-left and low-right (around 7 and 5 o’clock) in their own boxes, creating a nasty crossfire on pushes that try to dive through the middle from the bottom.

The base leans on pathing traps rather than dead space. Outer compartments hold cannons/archers with storages to slow troops, while X-Bows anchor the inner ring on ground/air to keep pressure on healers. Air Defenses form a square around the core, and the two Air Sweepers aim roughly north–south, making it awkward to chain Electro Dragons or send a straight Slammer line. Notice the empty 2x2 pads on the left/right lanes those are Tesla-farm spots to break funneling and drag troops along the sides instead of into the middle.

Heroes are split: Archer Queen toward the lower core and Barbarian King toward the top, so you can’t pick both with one entry. Overall, the layout is built to bait a Wall Wrecker into the center through spring-heavy channels while Infernos and X-Bows shred support troops.

  • Centralized Town Hall + CC with layered walls makes anti-2 star defense solid.
  • Separated Infernos at 5/7 o’clock punish wide charges and Miner/Hog paths.
  • Eagle high at 12 forces awkward openings and early spell investment.
  • Tesla farms on the flanks ruin simple funnel plans and stall Bowler/Witch.
  • AD ring and opposite-facing Sweepers make LaLo and E-Drags commit to long angles.
  • Plenty of small compartments to snag Wall Breakers and spring out tanks.

Recommended CC and Trap Setup

  • CC: Ice Golem + Baby Dragon + 2 Headhunters + Archers (delays Kill Squad and threatens the Queen). For anti-air wars, swap to Hound + Archers.
  • Traps: Giant Bombs stacked near the lower core for Hog/Hybrid; Skeleton Traps on air to stall LaLo over the Infernos; Seeking Air Mines on the Eagle side to punish early Coco Loons.
  • Teslas: Keep them split on the left/right pads to force awkward funnels.

Legend League Notes

Expect high 1-stars and time fails when attackers chase the Eagle first. Rotate Sweeper directions between defenses to keep E-Drag players guessing, and don’t cluster Builder Huts spread them to tax time.

Attacker Scouting Tips

  • Best value entry is usually 12 o’clock: Queen Charge to Eagle, Rage through, Jump to core, then Hybrid through 3–6.
  • For LaLo, snipe a corner Inferno with a Kill Squad and send Slammer opposite the remaining Inferno while freezing the core X-Bows.
