Strategy Explanation

This TH11 “Hybrid NightSky” war-oriented farm layout uses a rotated-diamond core and a four-quadrant shell to bleed time and split troop pathing. The Town Hall and Clan Castle sit in the very center, surrounded by tight compartments, small dead spaces, and stacked traps. Inferno Towers flank the core on opposite sides, while the Eagle Artillery is placed slightly off-center in the inner ring so it can’t be sniped without a push through at least one layer. X-Bows are set on the diagonals around the core for 360° coverage. Air Defenses are spaced one per quadrant and paired with Wizard Towers to punish balloons and miners. Air Sweepers point across the long diagonals, forcing loons and healers to fight airflow if they try to cross the heart of the base.

Outer buildings are spread evenly to slow the first minute of an attack. Storages are split across the four corner boxes just inside the walls, protecting loot while doubling as beefy funnel breakers. Cannons, Archer Towers, and Mortars alternate around the edge to avoid easy zap or e-drag chain value. Heroes are staggered on different sides of the inner ring so a single charge can’t pick all three.

Strengths

  • Anti-funnel geometry: the diamond lanes and offset compartments pull troops sideways, breaking Queen Charge routes and splitting bowlers/miners.
  • Core denial: TH, CC, traps, and dual Infernos create a nasty center where Warden ability is often forced early.
  • Air resilience: spread ADs with cross-sweeper coverage make Lalo commit multiple spells; Wizard Towers sit near pathing turns to splash balloons.
  • Hog/Miner traps: narrow inner corridors are lined with springs and bombs that miners and hogs naturally step into after the first heal.
  • Farming-friendly: storages are distributed and protected behind walls so even failed war hits don’t strip all your loot.

Recommended Trap and Hero Tweaks

  • Place giant bombs in the inner diamond lanes between TH and the nearest Inferno to catch miners and bowlers.
  • Set at least two Seeking Air Mines along the approach into each Sweeper cone; red bombs slightly behind Wizard Towers.
  • Run one Inferno on Single for anti-Queen/EDrag and the other on Multi for hogs/miners. Swap sides weekly to stay unpredictable.
  • King near a corner storage box to stall hybrid; Queen opposite the Eagle to punish charges; Warden centered with defenses.

Clan Castle (War vs. Farming)

  • War: 2 Ice Golems + Archers or 1 Baby Dragon + 2 Witches + Archers to stall charges in the core.
  • Farming/Hybrid: 1 Baby Dragon + 1 Valk + Archers for consistent stall without overcommitting rarer donations.

Attack Entry Notes for Defenders

Most attackers will try a charge from the Eagle side or spam bowlers with a Wall Wrecker down a long wall. Hold your Seeking Air Mines for the healer path behind the Queen and keep at least one Skelly Trap on ground to snag hogs once they cross the core.
