Aggressive TH11 Farming Coc Layout | Hybrid covered farming
Latest Reviews ()
Strategy Explanation
This TH11 war layout is a diamond-shaped hybrid that plays like an anti–2 star while still guarding loot. The Town Hall sits slightly off-center inside a tight multi-compartment core, flanked by the Inferno Towers and ringed by X-Bows. The Eagle Artillery is tucked deep on the upper side of the core, so early snipes are hard. Four Elixir Storages are pulled into the inner ring with Wizard Towers nearby, while Gold is split through the mid layers—great for farming protection without sacrificing war value.
Entry bait is subtle: the outer ring looks friendly to a Queen Walk, but once healers step in, they’re exposed to multi-layered air threats and sweeper pushes that send them sideways. Ground troops path around the diamond corners, often failing to bridge into the Town Hall box unless multiple Jumps or a well-placed Wall Wrecker are used. This creates time pressure and splits armies, forcing risky spell investment to secure the second star.
Strengths
- Anti–2 star core: Town Hall, Infernos, and X-Bows overlap with the Clan Castle radius, making safe charges awkward.
- Eagle deep placement: Early takedown is costly; attackers must commit siege + heroes to reach it.
- Air and ground balance: Air Defenses form a square around core layers; Sweepers funnel air along long lanes, hurting Electro Dragons and LaLo funnels.
- Splash on storages: Wizard Towers and Bomb Towers sit beside inner storages to punish Miners/Hogs and sneaky goblins.
- Funneling tax: Diamond corners and staggered compartments force troops to walk if jumps/lines aren’t perfect.
Base Breakdown
- Core: Town Hall offset inside a compact box with two Infernos and overlapping X-Bows.
- Upper inner: Eagle Artillery covered by X-Bows and Wizard Tower splash.
- Inner ring: Four Elixir Storages spaced with Wizard Towers; Bomb Towers anchor opposite sides.
- Outer ring: Archer Towers and Cannons alternate for mixed DPS; Mortars cover funnel troops and wall breakers.
Recommended Settings
- Infernos: One multi, one single. Swap sides weekly to dodge scouting.
- X-Bows: Two ground/air, two ground for Miner/Hog pressure.
- Clan Castle (defense): Lava Hound + Balloon for air stalls, or Baby Dragon + 2 Witches + Archers to punish charges.
- Traps: Giant Bombs between high-DPS pairs on Hog paths; Red Air Mines near ADs on the long sides; Seeking Mines along expected healer routes.
Usage Tips
- Place the stronger hero side opposite your preferred war entry to bait a charge into the Eagle first, not the Town Hall.
- Rotate Sweepers based on recent attacks: push away from the common Electro Dragon side.
- For farming, keep storages in the inner ring and move collectors to different edges to break sneaky pathing.
