These defenses should support more than one section instead of forming one compact value zone. If one entry removes the Town Hall, Eagle Artillery, both Scattershots, several Air Defenses and the strongest Hero pressure, the remaining base may not have enough air pressure for the follow-up.
Town Hall Giga Inferno
The TH13 Town Hall can punish grouped troops around the Town Hall section and influence how attackers commit spells, Heroes and Siege support.
Do not place every important anti-air defense beside the Town Hall. A successful Town Hall takedown should not remove the complete air-defense structure.
Eagle Artillery Placement

Review additional defenses after the change. Confirm that the adjustment reduces the original air weakness without creating a simple ground route or exposing too much outside percentage.
Should You Rotate TH13 Anti-Air Bases?
Rotation can help when repeated air attacks use the same path or when your current layout becomes predictable.
Do not rotate only because one air attack succeeds. A targeted Sweeper, spacing, Hero or trap adjustment may fix the repeated issue without replacing the complete base.
