• Our internal verified count may be different from the publicly displayed count after invalid activity has been removed.

Tournament Tasks

Some tournament tasks may be required to confirm participation or eligibility. Tasks shown on the tournament page must be completed honestly and before the tournament deadline.

• Only tasks marked as mandatory are required for winner eligibility.
• Participants must provide accurate task-completion information.
• False, edited, duplicated, or misleading proof may result in disqualification.
• Completing tasks does not add artificial votes unless specifically stated.
• Tasks completed after the tournament deadline may not be accepted.
• The provisional winner’s task completion may be manually reviewed.

Winner Selection and Verification

When the tournament timer expires, voting will close and the participant shown at the top of the leaderboard will be treated as the provisional winner. The result will not become final until the entry has passed verification.

During verification, our team may review:

• Duplicate, automated, proxy, or suspicious voting activity.

Invalid votes may be removed during this process. If the leading participant becomes ineligible or is disqualified, the next eligible participant with the highest verified vote total may be selected.

What Happens if Two Entries Have the Same Votes?

If two or more eligible entries finish with the same number of verified valid votes, the winner may be decided using one or more of the following tie-breaking factors:

• Successful completion of all tournament tasks.
• Layout quality, usability, originality, and submission accuracy.

Winner Notification

• We will never ask for a Clash of Clans account password, Supercell ID verification code, email password, payment information, or account login access.
• The winner must provide accurate information required for reward delivery.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, provides false information, cannot receive the reward, or refuses the prize, an alternative eligible winner may be selected.

Reward Delivery

The reward will be delivered after winner verification through an official or supported Clash of Clans reward method available at the time of distribution.

• Reward delivery may require the winner’s correct Clash of Clans Player Tag.
• The winner is responsible for providing accurate information.
• Delivery time may depend on the reward method, account eligibility, region, and external processing.

Technical Problems and Tournament Changes
